职位描述：
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
? Maintain and Continue improving the product quality and ensure achieving quality department’s target.
维持和持续提高产品质量，并确完成质量目标。
? Control and Monitor internal quality related activities and support the plant to manage Key Characteristics, and all KPCs (Key Product Characteristics) achieve Carrier’s assessment and certification requirement.
管理质量相关的活动，并且协助工厂控制特殊特性，确保所有的产品特性能够达到开利的认证要求。
? Work with other department to audit the techniques and analysis the failure mode to improve product quality and achieve “Zero Defect” target.
协调各部门进行工艺审核，分析失效模式以提高产品质量达到“零缺陷”的要求
? Collect and use quality tools to analysis product data (F-escape, FPY, etc.), delivering quality performance report.
收集质量数据，使用质量工具进行分析，并做出产品质量报告。
? Support to build quality control system and ensure all procedure is efficiency and followed by cross function department.
建立质量管理体系并确保所有的流程得到有效的执行。
? Work with project team to qualify production process and make quality control plan to mitigate new parts or new products’ risk.
与项目团队紧密配合，对生产过程进行认证，并生成控制计划；消除新零件，新产品投入过程中的风险。
? Other works that manager assigned.
其它管理者指定的工作。


Qualification and Experience:
? Bachelor degree in Mechanics , Material or Refrigeration
本科学历，机械 材料或制冷专业
? Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
英语听说读写能力
? Familiar with all the relevant quality tools/processes, like CPK, PPAP, FMEA, GR&R, 8D, etc.;
会使用质量工具。
? Good team work spirit and great communication skills are a must;
需要团队合作和良好的沟通能力
? Strong self-management and motivation skills are required.
