Job Responsibilities:

1.To supervise and manage the consultants’ telephone, online and face-to-face consulting.

2.To supervise and manage the procedure of signing the contact between the customers.

3.To deal with the problems during the application process of the customers.

4.To build and train the well-qualified consulting and advising team to fulfill the company planning, sales task and promote the standardization and professionalization of the consulting services of the company.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above having adept business English communication skills, and the overseas education background is preferred.

2.One-year or above overseas study consulting or management experience.

3.Other high-end customer service or sales management experience is preferred.

4.Having a passion for education and having the dedication to work, being honest and trustworthy, and a strong sense of responsibility

5.Being familiar with the overseas education especially the UK and UAS, and being familiar with the overseas admission standards and the VISA policy.

6.Having the competence of marketing promotion and analysis.

7.Indentifying the company culture, good learning ability and team spirit, and be familiar with the use of the Microsoft office software, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

8.25-40 years old, good health and no Census Register limitation.
