1. 负责外籍人员信息表、离职月报表、招聘进度表及外籍员工合同管理；
2. 负责国内外籍教师招聘渠道的信息发布与简历筛选；
3. 与人资分部外事专员及外教服务专员联系，帮助外教入职并做好相关服务工作；
4. 负责外籍教师签证及相关材料收集并安排办理；
5. 负责外籍教师招聘市场信息调研；
6. 协助完成部门其他事宜，完成领导安排的临时工作。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上毕业，英语专相关专业，精通英语，听说读写俱佳；
2. 有教育及相关行业招聘经验，人力资源专业优先；
3. 熟悉国内的招聘平台，了解基本招聘流程；
4. 有专家证及就业证办理经验优先；
5. 有较强的分析能力，逻辑思维能力较强；
6. 细致认真，有较强的人际关系能力和技巧。 举报 分享
