Quality and Administration Assistant

The branch DNK Air as part of the company Shanghai DNK New Materials Technology & co., Ltd is developing, manufacturing and selling aircraft composite structures for their worldwide customers. Currently we are looking for a Quality and Administration assistantthat is joining our team and that is supporting our way to excellent processes, high quality and customer satisfaction. This special position will report directly to the GM of DNK Air and provides opportunities to grow.

The job is located at our plant in Shanghai-Qingpu.

Job Description

? Responsible that all requirements coming from the customer are understood and set in place accordingly
? Identify optimal standard processes that fulfil the AS 9100, aeronautical and customerrequirements. Describe the processes and manuals in Chinese in English
? Distribute, track and manage controlled quality documentation
? Analyze the quality, report problems and support to find suitable solutions
? Perform internal and external audits
? Review and close out of non-conformance reports, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions
? Define, lead and manage continuous quality improvement programs that improves processes, products and services which lead to customer satisfaction
? Organize employee trainings
? Lead further Quality Projects
? Support business development
? Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements

? Excellent English and Chinese language skills are mandatory
? Quality Management experience in high quality environments
? Experience in the aeronautics/ airplane industry / AS 9100 (based on ISO 9001)
? Knowledge of carbon fiber / composite materials would be a plus
? Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
