ITBC Shanghai Co Ltd is a foreign company specialized in designing, producing and supplying
standard and customized parts for the commercial vehicle industry. During the last 25 years from
China, ITBC has been partner with Western industries and shipped approximately 350 containers to
Europe, North America, Australia, South Africa with a turnover of 10 M$ turnover in 2016.
In order to answer to the development of ITBC, we are recruiting in our Shanghai office (Xujiahui
area), a high skilled Engineer Project Manager with strong motivation directly lead by the Manager
New business development based in Shanghai.
Beginning: March 20th 2017
Job description:
With the position of Engineer Project Manager, you will be in charge of following up all the projects and
inquiries we have with our clients, insure the lead-time, the good quality and the initial budget. For that,
you will have to implement the necessaries quality control procedures and lead the weekly projects
meetings with our suppliers and our team in Shanghai. You could be also in direct contact with our
sisters companies in Europe.
Job duty:
？ Follow the projects under production in order to meet the delivery date / quality / budget.
(Travels expected)
？ Implement our Quality Control procedures for each project (AQL, define the type of defects...)
？ Lead the weekly meeting with our team in Shanghai
？ Follow up all the projects under inquiries / samples dvpt / production
？ Control the inspection reports to release the goods before shipment
？ Control & Improve the production processes
？ Use your technical knowledge to implement new documentation for our clients
？ Direct contact with our sisters companies in Europe to follow their projects
？ Send some RFQ to our suppliers
Skills & background:
？ Mechanical Engineer degree (5 years study)
？ Strong technical background (Drawings, production processes…)
？ Purchasing & Quality knowledges
？ Project management skills
？ Material & Mechanical knowledges
？ Microsoft office software
？ Western company experience highly recommended
？ Hard working & high motivation (Management position in short period)
？ Spoken and written English mandatory
？ German native speaker is better or Chinese with western experiences
Work experience:
？ 2 years’ experiences in an Engineering dept + project management knowledge
？ Purchasing experience better
Salary:
？ From 6500 - 7000 RMB per month + social insurance & housing funds
