备注：公司位于奉贤区平安镇（靠近四团、邵厂），在市区有多条班车。

PURPOSE OF JOB
Technician is responsible to continuously contribute to the development of IKEA business by taking the lead in machine assembly, initiating and supplying more efficient; Production methods, Packaging solutions, and development of new machine technologies with increased utilization.

ASSIGNMENTS
? Responsible to unload trucks, perform machine assembly and installation of machines by follow the assembling schedules/project plans
? Securing the start up/utilization of machines and education of end users
? Initiate development of new technical solutions and innovations for packaging, production and packaging technique
? Implementing more efficient solutions on existing machinery
? Secure product information (manuals, certificates)
? Responsible for purchase of minor machine parts, transports, tools and components
? Work with cost consciousness of purchase according to better price for IKEA products
? Responsible for Engineering Groups workshop and tools together with the machine assembly team
? Support team development
? Securing fulfilment of goals, projects and action plans

IF YOU HAVE
? Deep knowledge in technique and machinery for packaging
? Good knowledge about mechanical assembly/electric connections/pneumatic
? Experience in construction (welding etc.)
? Fluent in both spoken and written English
? Strong ability to work in team and strong in communication and in creating trustful relationships
? Ability to build relationships and co-operate with people in different units and cultures
? Ability to prioritize, power of initiative, able to question and challenge.
? Capable to understand the totality from an end to end perspective
? Interest in developing IKEA
