职位描述：
1. Supplier management 供应商管理
? According to the purchase plan, search, coordinate and update the information, documents and product sample for the currently and potential supplier;
根据采购计划寻找、整理和更新现有和潜在供应商的信息、文件资料和产品样本;
? Evaluate and validate the new supplier quality system status (including technology, product quality, capacity and delivery time);
对新供应商品质体系状况（技术、产品品质、产能、交期等）的评估及认证；
? Inquiry, value analyse, negotiate and cost calculate for purchasing goods as well as the documents gathering;
对采购物料进行询价、性价比分析（含质保函管理）、议价、成本核算以及资料汇总；
? Purchase cost analyse, cost control and price negotiate regular；
采购成本分析，成本控制和定期价格谈判；
? Work with marketing manager to establish and complete product packaging plan and purchasing
和市场经理共同制定和完成产品包装的方案及采购

2. Purchasing Process management采购流程管理
? Draft, negotiate and sign the purchase contract under the guidance of purchasing manager;
在采购经理的指导下，负责采购合同的起草、谈判和签订；
? Monitor supplier production and packaging the goods according to the requirement and delivery on time, coordinate the payment and logistics；
全程监督供应商按要求生产及包装并及时交货，协调货款支付及物流运输
? Check the good when put in the storage, communicate with supplier if have problem；
在所购物料入库时进行检查，如发现问题及时和供应商沟通解决；
? Prepare trading products until mature for sales and inform about exact time
准备前期产品采购工作直至可以供给销售并通知准确时间

3. Purchasing plan and inventory management采购计划和库存管理
? Check with sales team for sales budget monthly;
每月和销售团队核查销售预测；
? Monitor and adjust the inventory of goods in contact with sales teams upon the approval of purchasing manager；
每月根据销售预测和库存余量，制定采购计划，发给采购经理审批；
? Being responsible of warehouse of Shanghai；
负责上海仓库管理 ；

4. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
