职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1.Act as local contact point and work with Global Mobility Team to effectively deliver services for international mobility (TA/short/long term assignment) in and out China.
2.Provide consultation to expatriates and local HRBPs regarding the relevant policies and processes (e.g. onboard orientation, repatriation preparations, etc.)
3.Support HRBPs on Local Plus employee administration process related to immigration, tax, and other mobility related topics
4.Monitor local relocation and immigration operation process (e.g. housing contract renew, visa/work permit renew, etc.)
5.Work with C&B and Payroll team to ensure quality expense management and payroll process for expatriates and local plus
6.Coordinate debit note and tax service process related to international assignments
7.Manage/coordinate vendors to provide quality service
8.Enforce high level of compliance to company policies and processes, immigration, international employment, social security and tax laws
9.Responsible for the file management of China expatriates and the collection and dispatch arrangements for expatriates’ documents.
10.Support / lead ad hoc HR projects when appropriate

Key Stakeholders:
Internal: Global Mobility Team, HRBPs, Local C&B and Payroll, Local Finance
External: Relocation Vendors, Tax Service Vendors

Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2.2-3 years’ related working experience in HR department
3.Familiar with international mobility process and China immigration regulations, Payroll Management, C&B knowledge is a plus
4.Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills
6.Attention to detail and problem solving skills
7.Good in both spoken and written English
