职位描述：
Reports to: Quality Manager
Location: Shanghai Qingpu
Direct reports: None

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for internal process quality control and improvement as leader
2. Lead cross function team to make process control plan
3. Prepare document relative to quality and customer
4. Work with production team to establish effective process control methods
5. Monitor process quality performance and take actions for improvements
6. Chemical material management and adaption monitor
7. Do training for operator on quality and EHS
8. Responsible to meet government requirement on safety, environment to ensure LLPC fully compliance
9. Lead to conduct process audit as QMS/EMS and LPA requirements
10. Control material and products quality from receiving to shipping
11. Drive quality continuous improvements with engineering and production, etc..
12. Control documentation and releasing for operations
13. Contact third party for gage calibration and control
14. Other works assigned by Superior

Measurement of Performance and Results:
1. Quality concerns & complaints
2. Process PPM
3. Defect scrap waste
4. Audit findings close rate
5. HSE compliance

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Material Engineering or Science Engineering
2. 5 years working experience in manufacturing process quality, automotive experience is plus
3. Have project quality or production quality experience
4. Chemical material management experience is plus
5. Be familiar with process improvement tools such as SPC, LPA, FMEA, CPK and MSA and quality system
6. Good communication skills and team work
