职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
-- Act as a gate keeper for data base management to make sure the qualified data (include SI/SO/OT/DT performance / sales execution etc.).
-- Routinely analyze business insight and find out business problem, communicate with sales team improvement proposal and follow next action
-- KA & EC monthly performance review, delivery regular report. Communicate with KA & EC sales team to find out the reason behind and get conclusions
-- Provide regular report and temporary sales analysis based on the current data pool
-- Sales reporting system owner ( BI ), solve daily BI issues, make sure BI operate smoothly and data qualified, improve BI efficiency and raise enhancement proposal.
-- Keep good cooperation with other functions in sales team and provide necessary data support or training SIBW to them
-- Other job appointed by line manager

Qualification & Experience
-- Bachelor Degree
-- More than 3 years data analysis experience in sales or marketing in FMCG
-- Clear thinking, sense of responsibility, and self-motivated
-- Excellent Excel & PPT
-- Strong communication skill and coordinate abilities
