职位描述：
GENERAL SUMMARY:
1. Work for long term dedicated Offshore/onshore consulting team management which includes multiples projects involving project initiation, scoping, planning, tracking, status reporting and closing;
2. Launch and execute initiatives with Offshore/Onshore consulting team
3. Work on team resource management including resource staffing, coaching and performance evaluating and resource retention;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the overall results of all the projects under supervision. This includes:
? On time delivery of defined project deliverables.
? Meet predefined quality standards in terms of functional quality, documentation quality and code quality.
? Overall project cost control with predefined control band
? Good compliance to project management process and policies.
2. Proactively communicates and manages risks both internally and with the clients.
3. Make project plan and track project schedule and cost against the plan using Earned Value metrics.
4. Manage project team to ensure professional behavior and appearance.
5. People management for project resources including coaching, mentoring, career planning and development for subordinates.
6. Status reporting on project status to senior project managers and project management office.
7. Provide coaching, mentoring and supervision of junior project managers and team leads regarding overall project management skill and resource management skill.
8. Manage customer relationship under help from ODC manager. Proactively ensure overall customer satisfactory.
9. Follow company English Only policy and take responsibility of team policy compliance.

Requirements:
1. Good ability to contribute effectively to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value.
2. Project management skills.
? At least 5 years’ experience in project management including management in China projects and global projects.
? At least managed 3 end to end projects in one of the WMS solutions - RedPrairie/JDA, Infor, Manhattan, Oracle, HighJump.
? Lead the business client through the project kick-off, project initiation and creation of the Project Management Plan.
? Manage projects on time and on budget
? Ensure all project stakeholders are kept updated with progress
? Managing the creation of Statement of Works (SOW) and securing sign off
? Managing the overall delivery process and liaising with clients, agencies, and teams
? Report, analyze, and solve problems and project plan deviations as they surface.
? Manage project escalations to senior stakeholders to ensure issues are proactively identified and resolved
3. Advanced conflict resolution skills.
? Excellent ability to maintain positive relationships even under challenging circumstances
? Manage crisis situations and apply business contingency plan;
4. Advanced time management skills.
? Make sure daily volumes be completed and all SLAs be met;
5. Good team leading, coaching/supervising and performance management skills.
? Good ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team.
? Advanced ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
? Boost team-work to achieve common business goals;
? Recognize individual performance/strength and develop staff on career roadmap;
? Optimize daily resource planning;
6. Good client management skill.
? Lead the team to provide highest standard service, measured by customer satisfaction level, customer feedbacks (commendations and complaints);
? Respond to customer requests and solve their problems in time;
? Raise the bar of service level year on year;
? Promote customer service excellence in general staff;
7. Pre-sales support.
? Be pro-active to summarize project to work out common solution.
? Good product management sense.
? Good presentation skill and support sales for opportunities.
8. Domain knowledge
? Knowledge and experience in at least one domain of supply chain, e-Commerce, and retail.
? At least 8 years’ hands-on experience in one of the WMS solutions: RedPrairie/JDA, Infor, Manhattan, Oracle, HighJump
? Working experience with US or European customer is plus.
9. Proactive communicator with strong listening skills in English and Chinese.
