职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Achievement of assigned sales objective
? Call current customers to explain new products, new types of service and special promotions.
? Responsible for quoting prices and persuading customers to buy, using knowledge of Alpha and Alpha products; i.e. sell-up, substitute, and find a solution.
? Maintain and update CRM with customer profile and records, purchase history (sales/products) and reactions of prospects solicited.
? Aggressively solicit business from new or existing customers. Help formulate and implement plans to accomplish this objective.
? Keep complete and accurate records for all market research projects, lead follow-up, and any other projects or programs.
? Develop, maintain and increase the sales volume of existing & potential accounts through outbound efforts.
? Assist in the training of new Customer Service Reps.
? Coordinate all complaints from customer/channels, and resolve efficiently.
? Work with US team to optimize process to support sales growth.
? Handle RFQs and requests for information:
        Phone, fax, e-mail, DM
Info @alphawire, web based
Cross-sell, associated sell
? Responsible for order entry, expedites, quotes and return authorization and processing credit requests.
? Lead processing as assigned.
? May perform other duties as assigned.
? Maintains and monitors inventory for distributors and periodically develop stock replenishment orders.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent Electrical/Electronic or other relevant Subjects
? 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
? Proficiency in English language, speaking and writing
? Inside sales or customer service experience in Cable and Wire industry or other relevant industry
? Pleasant phone manner and speaking voice
? Computer literate (Microsoft Office, CRM)
? Superior Communication skills
? Working experience on channel sales model will be preferred
? Comfortable with communication/engagement with customers and partners 举报 分享
