环球客户服务分析师与客户沟通,提供信息及回应有关计划和服务的查询; 代表客户处理投诉并按照零售方案解决问题 。主要责任是确保组织理解及满足供应商和客户群的期望与需求。

? 分析交易,更正记录和调整错误
? 向印刷供应商和供应解释方案规及规则
? 根据客户收到的反馈,研究并提出改善计划
? 文件翻译(普通话,简体中文,英语)
? 安排用户小组会议,为供应商举办研讨会
? 协助准备,审查,更新,分析和编制所有GMI计划的报告
? 通过电子邮件提交现场报告给供应商和GMI
? 协助认证工程师安排现场评估时间表,包括确定日期,交通安排
? 更新GMI网站管理员电子表格和数据库
? 存档审查文件
? 或有需要协助行政工作(办公室需求,订购,接待员协助,银行访问)

The global customer support analyst interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services; to handle complaints and resolve issues on the behalf of the customer and within the guidelines of the retail program(s).
It will be the responsibility of the customer support analyst to ensure that the organization understands satisfies the expectations and needs of the vendor and supplier customer base.
Responsibilities:
? Resolves customer inquires received via phone, email, or in person
? Analyzes transactions, corrects records and adjusts errors
? Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
? Educates and trains print suppliers and vendors on program policies, rules and guidelines
? Research and propose program/process improvements based on feedback received by customers
? Document translation (Mandarin, Simplified Mandarin, English)
? Schedule and assist with the planning and execution of user group meetings and on site workshops for vendors and suppliers
? Assist with preparing, reviewing, updating, analyzing and compiling reports for all GMI programs as requested
? Output and Submit the onsite report to the supplier and GMI via the email templates
? Coordinate the onsite evaluation schedule, including determine the onsite evaluation, make travel arrangement and coordinate the certification auditor
? Update the GMI website Admin spreadsheets & database
? Archive the onsite documentation specific to the package supplier
? Administrative duties as necessary (Office needs, ordering, receptionist assistance, bank visits)
? Other projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
? College Degree, or equivalent work experience
? 2 years experience in consumer packaged goods and business to business marketing experience
? Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
? High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin, Simplified Mandarin, English)
? Exceptional analytical thinking skills including the ability to see trends and identify implications
? Knowledge in relevant software including Photoshop, Illustrator, PDF is a plus
? Basic knowledge in printing and packaging process is a plus
