Job Responsibilities:
1.Able to propose online commercial campaign and merchandising strategies based on multiple perspectives including business, market, and customer’s needs in China;
2.Partner with Platform operation team on:
- managing the in-app campaigns (promotion, themes, categories, trends and brands)
- delivering appropriate in-app exposures for brand partners based on performance/positioning/support (exclusive products/GWP/special discounts)
3.Provide analysis and reporting:
- Work with Operations and Product team on developing required analytics reports
- Analyze all weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to review product offerings and provide solutions to brand team to improve campaign effectiveness
4.Support in forecasting Revenues and Profit
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3-year experiences in commercial planning in a retail business; Experience in e-commerce is a strong plus;
2. Have excellent fashion sensibility, proven brand partnership experience and a good understanding of digital/mobile merchandising management;
3. Have strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of retail math;
4.Able to closely monitor sales performance and react quickly;
5.Able to work both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment;
6.Able to take ownership and accountability;
7.Stay abreast of international and Chinese fashion trends;
8.Have a good understanding of Chinese middle-class consumer tastes and shopping behaviors;
9.Excellent command of English and Mandarin;
10.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
