职位描述：

岗位职责：

- To improve production lines according to Autoliv standards & cost targets by eliminating waste.

- To provide fully-qualified engineering support through the design, manufacture, testing and inspection of automotive airbag inflators, equipment and/or facilities.

- Assure the product and assembly process meets or exceeds Autoliv Standards.

-Interacts with other engineers, program management and maintenance personnel.

-Knowledge and experience in the development, design, assembly, debug and qualification of production assembly equipment.

Within ISO TS 16949: improves processes:

- Analyze non-conforming product and implement corrective actions.

- Interact with production equipment, machine shop suppliers, cross functional team members, and the end customer.

- Assist with containment and solving actions if issues occur.

- Identify improvement opportunities.

- Participate in Line & design workshops designed to continuously improve the inflator production process.

-Create and ensure accurate, timely and reliable engineering documentation.

-Create effective PFMEA with a cross-functional team and implement process improvements to reduce the risks identified.

-Work with production associates, team leaders and production management to identify and prioritize production issues. Identify root cause and implement corrective actions.

-Determine and specify equipment capacity and production requirements for the production process.

-Line configuration to ensure that drawing requirements for each specific model are met by the production line.

-tooling management for the assigned process and be knowledgeable for the tooling.

-Interact with line supplier to manage the new process line project.

-Qualification for the new line and modification.

Laser welds, inertia welds, assembly, gas filling and inspection skills

Project management skills.

Good problem solving skills

Minitab

To warrant PFMEA updating & actions plan associated

To validate the production line

AS 403 project management

To support Customer Quality Support team technically

To participate in 8D report (external & internal)
