职位描述：
1、熟知生产装置设备的性能和操作规程，并制定具体操作规程；
2、对研发中心转入的正式项目进行验证并确认；
3、编制和细化具体岗位的作业指导书；
4、对流程各节点可能产生的非正常情况编制应急预案并监督执行；
5、跟踪生产的实施运行状况，做好相关流程信息的收集、整理和反馈工作，不断优化工艺流程，并形成相关记录；
6、根据来料不同微调配方，以满足产品质量要求。
任职要求：
1、化学工程及工艺或化工机械等与化工相关大专以上学历；
2、具备3年以上精细化工、石油化工领域工艺操作、生产技术管理或工程设计经验；
3、有较好的化学工程理论和实际经验,了解化工设计标准和规范， 熟练掌握autocad制图软件，能独立完成一般化工工艺和化工设备的初步设计或选型。条件稍逊者可应聘技术员一职。
