Your role
The role requires elements of project management discipline, co-ordination, client interaction and broad alignment with enabling functions within the Business Solution Center and relevant UBS teams.

You will


? Working with business functional leads to support the execution and implementation of project plans to transition business processes offshore
? Leading outsourcing transitions across multiple waves managing both vendor and internal staff through successful transitions
? Providing clear, concise and accurate senior management updates
? Ensuring compliance with UBS Operational Risk requirements throughout the project lifecycle
? Ensuring that best practices are leveraged across the teams and that vendor performance is closely monitored and issues dealt with within the stream or escalated to senior management
? Ensuring overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channels.
? Supporting relationship building and communications within UBS global sourcing team.
? Assisting in formulation of the vendor management program with proper project governance (both Transition and Steady State projects), risk management, vendor /contract management, deliverables tracking and financial management across multiple work streams (Operations , IT etc.)
? To interface with 3rd party suppliers, involving agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.

You will work with transition team in China BSC. As Transition Sourcing Manager at UBS Wuxi, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving change in an area which is currently undergoing significant transformation. You will drive changes in an area which is currently undergoing significant transformation. The Group Sourcing Transition Centre of Excellence is part of the Global Sourcing and Strategy organization and is responsible for defining and managing the implementation of major offshoring and outsourcing initiatives. You will play a key part of the development, planning and execution of the Offshoring & Outsourcing objectives with business partners.
Your experience and skills
You have
? Minimum 2 years of Project Management and/or Management Consulting experience
? University degree is required
? Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
? Proven experience in implementing/coordinating change projects/programmes
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
? Working understanding of business process transition management will be an asset.
? Operating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situation concerning role identifications
