The Role
The responsibilities of this role will be to define and execute on a WeChat CRM strategy for Farfetch. The role will be ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. You will be a good communicator and hugely passionate about all things digital. You will work closely with the Global CRM team to deliver CRM marketing strategies based on commercial objectives.

What You’ll Do:
  Deciding on the WeChat CRM platform structure and architecture for China consumers ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  Planning and delivering WeChat CRM strategies, encouraging follower-customer retention and customer loyalty.
  Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
  Working closely with all departments, both local and central CRM team, to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  Work with the central CRM team to brief in the CRM requirements through Push and Email in order to support the retention targets for the China region.
  Overseeing direct communications with customers through the WeChat platform by using the backend tool.
  Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability and ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
  Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as WeChat and SMS.
  Research and recommend testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.

Who You Are:
  Extensive 3 years’ experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in luxury fashion industry, digital marketing, ecommerce, internet or high-growth start-up.
  Strong background with proven success in delivering customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies through WeChat.
  Degree educated with a minimum of bachelor and ideally from top tier university or mathematics related degree.
  A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills of the ability to analyzeand communicate insights regarding digital marketing metrics, and to build business cases and perform thorough sense checks on numbers.
  A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
  Excellent oral and written English skills.
