具有电子厂工程制造方面经验,懂SMT工艺的优先考虑
1、大专以上学历
2、2年以上工作经验,1年以上电子焊料或SMT相关耗材配件的销售工作经验,熟悉各种焊接中使用的材料与相关特性。
3、英语水平有一定要求,能借助工具书阅读英语文章资料,并可英语进行邮件沟通
4、优秀的自我激励能力和独立的工作能力,但同时具备真正的团队合作精神和态度强烈的客户意识和绩效意识.
5、快速而积极的自学能力和自我思考能力
6、果断的执行力,善于把可行计划转化为行动的能力
7、有电子行业大客户经验优先
岗位职责职能:拓展华东地区的电子焊料销售业务及业务渠道,开发大型客户,达成公司的销售目标。
责任与目标包括:
1、提供公司客户关于焊料技术支持和疑问解答
2、理解并明晰来自不同领域的客户的要求并作出适当的行动
3、对现公司服务的应用领域做客户的拓展并发掘未来的潜力市场与客户
4、对电子焊料市场进行可行性调查与分析

Requirements:
1、Electronics / engineering / physical sciences college education.
2、three years work experience, 2 years electronics solder or SMT consumable accessories related work experience, familiar with a variety of materials used in welding and related properties.
3、English has certain requirements, can read the article in English with information on books, and e-mail to communicate in English with excellent communication skills level.
4、Excellent self-motivation and ability to work independently, but with real team spirit and attitude and approach strong sense of customer awareness and performance.
5、Rapid and positive self-learning ability and quiet self-thinking, very important.
6、Decisive execution, good at the practical ability to plan into action.
7、Existing customers and channel resources with priority given to those who.
Responsibilities functions: to expand the electronic solder East sales and service channels, the development of large customers, to achieve the company's sales targets.
Responsibilities and objectives include:
1, to provide corporate clients questions about technical support and answers to solder.
2, from different fields to understand and clarify the customer requirements and take appropriate action.
