职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Leading team to grow up to be in charge of start up and customer training or supporting of start up and customer training for all projects in China covering PBL, TBL and FBL
2. Make development plan for department and execution
3. Responsible for recruitment of department based on development and arrange necessary training for team to develop personnel professional skill
4. Manage daily work of start up and customer training team of China
5. Work in tight relationship with all MC business line to make start up plan for all projects in China
6. Manage manpower consistent with company requirements and organizational needs.
7. Provide a safe, clean and orderly workplace and necessary tools to ensure employees do their jobs effectively
8. Motivate and lead by example the workplace applying Valmet’s standards of conduct and values.
9. Responsible for department reporting system and cost allocation
10. Responsible for budgeting and follow-up of department expenses

Requirement
1. Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines
2. Above 5 year experience in paper industry with at least 3 people management experience
3. At least 3 year experience in paper machine start-up and commissioning
4. Ability to travel extensively internationally and domestically on extended field assignments
5. A good command of the English language; both written and oral communication.
