Recruit Position：Sales analysis Assistant
招聘岗位：销售分析助理

Responsibility：工作职责

1.Work in close collaboration with Finance and Sales teams to build all necessary/ relevant analysis supporting sales activities
 与销售及财务部门紧密合作，提供的有效数据分析和销售支持
2. Analyze, check and challenge the sales inputs for the budgets, Collect, analyze and compile all data necessary to the follow-up of sales performance and update commercial key indicators.
 销售数据收集，统计，分析，预测分析比较，跟进销售业绩
3. Compile accurate, consolidated various sales of report and follow up on a monthly/Quarterly/Annully base the key commercial indicators for the Business, Identify the main variances and versus budget and prior year. Provide advice for continuous improvement
 准确完成各种商务及销售数据月度，季度，年度分析报表，寻找对比差异和存在的问题，提出改进意见
4. Monitor Sales Database inputs( Target), cooperate with Finance dept. to check Sales Database, Provide leadership team all relevant information regarding sales forecasts and OI, Cost or Margin analysis.
管理销售基础数据，与财务部合作向管理层提供销售预测，营业利润，本量利分析的各种明细指标和数据。
5.Paticipate AOP(Annually Operation Plan) creation. Mid-term business planning, Sales Target Scheduling. Sales Dept. KPI evaluation.
参与制定年度预算及工作计划、中短期销售目标的拟定、检查、以及销售部门员工的考评考绩工作
6. Reconcile data for Supply chain vs Finance module in ERP system by monthly basis.
每月ERP系统进销存库存销售与财务模块数据调节一致
7.Prepare presentations for various sales or strategic review meeting.
为各种销售及市场策略评估会议准备演示文稿
8. Others.

Qualification要求：
1． Must be very good in writing, reading and speaking of English. CET-4 or Above
必须能够熟练应用英文进行听说读写，大学英语4级以上。
2． Three years above Business analysis working experience
具有3年以上业务数据分析的实际工作经验。
3． Ideally has financial or statistic background but not a must
具有财务或统计工作背景者优先。
4. Skilled office software user, Excel & PPT Expert is must
熟练掌握办公室软件，必须十分精通excel, PPT。
5. University degree or above.
大学本科及以上学历。
6. Team player，Detail orientated, works independently, outgoing and is willing to communicate and co-ordinate. Could work under pressure.
具有团队合作精神，个性仔细认真，能独立完成任务,性格外向,具有主动性和主人翁精神，有较强的沟通能力,能承受一定的工作压力。
