职位描述：
Object of Job:

？ To support worldwide customers, OEMs and partners in best practice implementation of our products.
？ To implement the dealer management system to customer following ITIL concept/process

Responsibilities in detail:

？ IT Solution/system configuration, release/change management
？ Check and verify job/task following standard process flow
？ Risk control for releases/changes
？ Communicate with customer/stakeholders for releases/changes. Make and execute release/change plan.
？ Documentation in details
？ Help with other tasks in system management per request

Skills and Specifications:

？ Bachelor’s degree or above in computer software science
？ 3+ years’ experience in IT solution/system configuration or related positions
？ ITIL certificate; Strong process management capabilities
？ Solid, focused interest in ITIL and system management
？ Be familiar with different project management methodology like PMP or Prince2.
？ Understand different model of software development, including Waterfall, Iterative, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.
？ Has strong experience on configuration software, like VSS, CVS, SVN, ClearCase, Perforce, GIT, etc.
？ Strong team orientation; works as an effective team member
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
？ Document skill, Word, Excel, PPT, Visio…
？ DMS, ERP, NAV working experience is preferred 举报 分享
