Position: Customer site supervisor
职位：客户端主管
Responsibilities： (岗位职责)
◆ Responsible for the technical preparation before equipment sales and on-site technical services after equipment sales.
售前技术准备及售后现场技术服务工作；

◆ As to owned customer site tool，keep routine & effective contact with customer, reply customer request & question in time, clearly summary and report customer site status to line manager;
就区域内所有设备情况，保持与客户定期有效的沟通，及时答复客户需求及客户疑惑,将客户区内最新情况整理及汇报给直线经理；

◆ Support customer and process team activities in field, trouble-shoot equipment errors, provide feedback to engineering team, and document equipment issues;
      客户端支持，设备故障排查，回馈错误信息及记录问题与解决方案。

◆ Leading equipment integration and qualification. Working closely with Design Engineer and Process Engineer to trouble-shoot components and overall equipment, ensure final performance meeting engineering spec;
      主持设备安装及调试。与设计工程师/工艺工程师紧密合作，解决组件/整个设备中的异常问题，以保证设备性能能够达到工程要求;

◆ Working closely with tool owner in field，participate new equipment setup，and keep tracing and support close tool’s case in responsible customer field;
      与客户区域机台负责人紧密合作，跟进新机台安装调试，及时了解及协助解决区域内各个机台存在问题；

◆ Keeping tracing and summarizing about customer site tool performance，tool pending case，researching the root cause of tool poor performance and supplying good suggestion for tool design improvement;
      长期跟踪并汇总责任客户区域机台运行状况，跟踪机台待执行事项，分析设备表现不良原因及提供有价值的设计改进建议；

◆ Establish documentation relating to system start up and maintenance.
      就系统安装、运行及维护建立文档管理体系;

◆ Define equipment safety and facility requirement. Work with related parties to ensure equipment meeting safety and environmental requirements.
      明确设备安全运行条件及设施需求,与相关人员协作，确保设备运行满足外部环境的限制及安全措施的要求。

◆ good at expressing proposal and conclusion by all kinds of ways;
   善于通过各种手段表达自己的建议、观点、结论。

Requirements： (任职资格)
◆ Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering, automation or related field; 大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化相关专业;

◆ 3 years plus hands-on experience in semiconductor or solar energy，CVD、 PVD or Dry Etch equipment start-up, trouble shooting or usage experience;
3年以上半导体或太阳能行业实际操作经验，参与CVD/PVD或Etch设备组装，具备故障排除或使用能力;

◆ Good understanding of mechanic and electrical components, automation, and overall system functionality. Good trouble shooting skills. Familiar with common CAD software;
了解机械、电气元件、自动化设备、系统整体性能。具备实际解决问题的能力，熟悉CAD软件;

◆ Strong analytical skills and organizing skills. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; 良好的分析、组织能力，沟通能力及人际交往能力;

◆ Excellent reading, writing and presenting skills in both Chinese and English;
出色的中/英文读写能力及口语表达能力;
