职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·Routine testing of solution samples using variety of instrumentation including: Gas Chromatography, Brookfield viscometer, moisture balance, pH meter, hydrometer etc…
·Routine testing of cured film coatings on various substrates to include: adhesion, abrasion (Taber, Bayer, steel wool), film thickness, tintability etc…
·Dealing with customer issues as they arise whilst meeting response targets.
·Collating & analysing test data, creating & writing reports for presentation to Technical Support Manager and/or customer.
·Complete Technical Service Requests (TSR) within set time frames as advised by Technical Support Manager and/or customer.
·Record all information regarding dealings with customers and TSR’s ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
·Maintain all laboratory equipment and facilities in a clean, safe and operational state
·Follow laboratory test procedures, training will be provided
·Knowledge of coating systems and application methods, training will be provided.
·Order lab supplies as required
·Develop and/or take part in key strategies for the ultimate success of SDC’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
职位要求：
性别不限，2017届全日制化学专业本科学历，大学英语六级（读写熟练，听说良好）。
踏实认真，仔细，有较强的责任心和团队合作经验。
较好的沟通能力和学习能力。
