Key Responsibilities:
Strategic planning:
? Gather industry and customer insights through quantitative and qualitative market research
? Investigate and follow up with and market trends and new promotional activities in order to stay as the leader in the respective field
? Development tracking and reporting mechanism to measure the effectiveness of the overall campaign and each of its elements
Marketing
? Develop a short- and long-term integrated marketing campaigns with timeline, budget as well as the clear roles and responsibilities within the team
? Plan and execute marketing activities that support the development of the business and build the positive reputation of the schools with the educators and governments
? Organize internal and external events for marketing and admissions
? Co-marketing with partner organizations including relocation agencies and chambers of commerce
? Implement the Visual Identity across all marketing execution
? Printed materials and school giveaways
Admission
? Conduct Admissions process to maintain healthy enrollment by educating the public, developing and implementing professional enrollment procedures, and developing and implementing recruitment strategies toward the goal of full enrollment.
? Manage all areas of the enrolment process from inquiry to enrolment, including parents’ enquiries, school visits, assist parents to finish the application process
? Ensure proper operation of the students’ database system; make sure the students’ information is always up-to-date and available for faculty.
? Oversee the implementation of and compliance with operational procedures, rules, and standards relating to the Admissions and Marketing staff.
? Maintain good relationship with parent KOL
? Work with admission & marketing director to work out students’ recruiting strategies and plan.
? Prepare regular admissions reports and working plans to the upper level of management.
Business Development
? Visit other prestigious kindergartens/schools in Shanghai to explore partnership opportunity
? Develop and maintain good relationships with business partners in areas that help overall school marketing and admission
Team Management
? Provide support/training/resources to the team and help them grow their knowledge/capability.
? organize regular meeting to solve the questions from team members
Language: Fluent in English and Chinese
Experience
1. 5 years and above of relevant experience
2. Experience in integrated campaign management in MNC or Education industry
3. Understanding of best practices within the student recruitment context. Ideally have had experience in using digital marketing channels or other new channels to recruit students
4. Good understanding of the student recruitment process from the students’, parents’ and service providers’ perspectives
5. Be a motivated team player and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, within a matrix-based organization. Able to meet tight deadlines
6. Understands the complexities of working within an Academic environment and consumer expectations and services
Personal Qualities:
1. Strong passion for the education industry
2. Knowledge of education industry preferred though not a must
3. Personal integrity, accountability and credibility
4. Ability/Willingness to deliver a high standard of customer service
5. Flexible, ability to work under pressure and multiple task in a fast-pace environment
6. Enjoying working with school-aged students.
7. Being able to convey empathy and work considerately with applicant families.
8. Ability to data collection and analyze trend through data
