职位描述：
Your Missions
Under the responsibility of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, you will participate in the launch of the offer. Your missions are organized around the following points:

Technical development (75%):
? Realization of complex back-end developments under Salesforce Commerce Cloud technology (similarity to frameworks like react.js, angular.js, etc.)
? Development in the following languages: JS controllers, ISML (HTML), SASS, DS Pipeline
? Using the Eclipse & UX Studio environment
? Corrective and scalable maintenance of the platform
? Participate in the consolidation of the technical value chain of the Business Unit
 
Technical governance of one or more projects (25%) (Project management):
? Drafting and management of the project documentation (technical specifications, user manual, technical integration brief, deployment procedure, recipe book ...)
? Establishment of estimates and implementation schedules in collaboration with team members
? Coordination of the various project stakeholders (clients, collaborators, service providers, publishers, external experts ...)
? Management and coordination of client meetings (drafting of agendas and minutes)
? Weekly reporting of team activity to client
? Ensure consistency between developments, customer needs and technical specifications
? Supervision of the recipe & the team working on the project
? Validation of technical architectural choices
? Management of the good exploitation of sites by technically guaranteeing the turnover of the customer
? Respect of implementation deadlines and priorities for interventions

Profile
? You have a minimum of 6 months experience minimum in BACK development (JS, JAVA, .NET or at best Demandware / SCC) ..
? A first experience in the following areas is a plus:
o Development in JS or in a JS framework
o Development under a templating engine (Smarty, Twig, ISML, etc.)
o Integration & frontend development (SASS, COMPASS, Gulp, etc.)
? Dynamic, motivated and entrepreneurial, you are endowed with a strong adaptability. Passionate about the web problems, you want today to evolve in a young and dynamic structure where the opportunity will be given to you to rise in competences and to evolve.
? Basics written and oral communication skills in English

25%技术管理（项目管理）：
? 起草和管理项目文件（技术规范，用户手册，技术整合简报，部署程序，方法书…）
? 与团队成员合作建立评估和实施时间表（客户，合作者，服务提供商，外部专家…）
? 管理和协调客户会议（起草议程和会议纪要）
? 每周向客户汇报团队工作
? 确保开发，客户需求和技术规格之间的一致性
? 监督项目实施方法和团队工作
? 验证技术架构的选择
? 从技术上保证客户的营业额，管理好网站的开发
? 尊重实施期限和优先事项的干预措施

职位要求
? 至少6个月的后端开发经验（js，java，.net。Demandware / SCC尤佳）
? 有以下领域经验者优先：
? JS开发经验或者开发JS框架
? 在模板引擎下开发（Smarty, Twig, ISML等）
? 集成&前端开发(SASS, COMPASS, Gulp等)
? 充满动力和积极性，适应性强。喜欢网站开发。
