工作职责:
1. 面向公司主要行业客户,包括但不限于金融、汽车、互联网、高科技、制药等行业,进行市场开拓和业务机会挖掘
2. 协助完成重点客户的跟进和发展
3. 执行公司在中国的市场发展计划,提升客户关系
4. 组织和参加人才发展相关的宣传活动和论坛等,扩大BTS公司在国内的影响力

职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 两年以上在培训和人力发展行业的市场开拓相关经验
2. 成功的市场和客户拓展经验
3. 专业形象良好,能独立完成工作
4. 母语中文,并有良好的英语阅读和交流能力
5. 能接受出差

We are currently looking for a sales- and service minded Business Development Specialist for our office in Shanghai to support our fast-growing regional business. Responsibilities include:
? Generate new business opportunities for BTS by engaging Learning and Development as well as business executives of multinational and large Asian and Chinese companies, particularly in, but not limited to, auto, banking, insurance, and pharmaceutical.
? Represent BTS at selected learning and development events and follow up with prospect contacts got from the events
? Help us improve the new sales process and make sure it is implemented in an effective and systematic way
? Support BTS account managers and business development manager with sales planning activities, sales and marketing enablement, client follow-up and implementing sales best practices
? Qualify prospects and incoming website leads and work with BTS consultants and business development manager on qualified opportunities
? Build lasting client relationships

Ideal Candidates will have:
? A Bachelor’s degree
? Has experience in business development, client interaction, and inside sales
? Brings a minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales experience in consulting or training area
? Brings proven sales success in the professional services industry
? Is organized and pays strong attention to detail and quality
? Can work independently and be relied upon to meet commitments
? Acts as an entrepreneur who enjoys a rapidly changing workplace and always looks for opportunities to improve our business
? Enjoys interacting with people and has a good sense of humor
? Is open to occasional travel regionally and globally
? Possesses a mature, friendly, and professional demeanor
? Is native Chinese (Chinese nationality): native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English
