The position
In the position as Export Customer Service you will be the main responsible for all Absortechs exports from China. Your areas of responsibility will be within customer service and logistics. You will be Absortech Shanghai’s internal contact person for the Absortech group and handle all purchase orders, custom contacts and logistics. This position requires a structural mind set with strong ability to reach deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive way of work is essential.
The position will be at Absortech Shanghai’s office on Zhongchun Road 8923, Minhang district, Shanghai. Salary will be based on experience and skill but be sure Absortech always reward high talents. Salary package; RMB 5000+/month with 1-2 months’ salary in bonus
Job Objectives and responsibilities
Export customer service
? Perform excellent customer service to Absortech Group companies
? Arrange the logistic and custom document needed for export
? Supply Absortech production unit with data, forecasts and order stock
? Communicate and execute customs relationship
? Administrate inbound and outbound logistics in the ERP system
Additional job responsibilities and tasks
? Assist the higher management of Absortech Shanghai office in external communications
? Monitor budget by gathering and organizing financial information
? Prepare reports by collecting, analyse and summarize operational data
? Structuring and monitoring time management and organizational processes
Job requirement and personal experience and skills
? Fluent in English and Chinese both oral and in writing
? Higher University degree, bachelor+ in for example Business Administration
? 3-5 years of experience within the similar position
? Exceptional skills in MS office

? You should be organized and have an eye for details
