? Assisting CEO to handle the daily mails and prepare correspondences
协助CEO管理每日邮件以及准备商业书信
? Assisting CEO to prepare documents for meeting presentation, such as PPT, Word, and Excel
协助CEO准备会议展示文件，如：PPT,Word,Excel
? Coordinating between different departments, support liaison with other managers to follow up actions and events
与各部门之间协调，与其他管理者保持联系以跟进各项活动、项目进程
? Manage and maintain CEO’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
管理CEO的日程，如：安排会议、会谈、远程会议，安排出差、出行计划等
? Provide global travel-related support, for hotel, air travel and car rental
安排国内外出行的相关事项，如：酒店、航班、租车信息
? Careful coordination of meeting schedule and calendar management for CEO, including meeting scheduling, room reservation and set up, meeting agenda preparation and documentation of meeting minutes and action items of team members
协调CEO的会议计划和日程管理，包括：会议时间安排，预约会议室、房间，会议开始工作，准备会议议程、会议所需的文件、团队的执行项目
? Provide translation or interpretation support where needed

? Carry out specific project plan and research reports

- (build music ecosystem map with all players and how each player could help us (and how we help them),
- weekly exec team meeting notes, and tracking team on deliverables/KPIs,
- market research on potential biz dev partners, then negotiate with partners.
- Assess crowd sourcing landscape (i.e. JD.com, others) and who are the key players and user bases, etc). competitive analysis and tracking (ie. MMT daily missions, musikid, who are the largest event companies, larges artist management, etc)…
- who are the top venues in China and who are their ticketing partners, which ones don't have ticketing partners in place? (How can these venues help promote us (i.e. scan our QR codes, fliers promoting us, LED screens, etc) Possible these ticketing companies can handle ticketing for big shows for us, and actively convert their users to our members (voting and polling what users like).
