1、 Accuracte collect market and land information independently
2、 Able to assist senior in research/briefing/APIQ/ writing
3、 Drafting quality market section/case studies section independently
4、Able to idenfity and allocate data from company system/ information arrangement within the company folder (library)
5、Assist Team Head in leading the project from the beginning to the end
6、Writing quality news report （At least 20）
岗位要求：
1、Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Design, or Real Estate related
disciplines 2、Good understanding of market research
3、 Good skills in coorporing with other team members
4、 Basic Understanding of company internal structure and other departments function 5、Basic understanding of revelant cities market data in specific cities section
6、No more than 2 major department offence within one year.
7、Good Use of PPT， Excel
