职位描述：
Purpose of position:

? Drive future product offering (PLS , Service, Software) in the core markets
? Contact window for HUB A1 on BU Anchor relevant topics
? Ensure proper communication flow with project team members and key stake holders (lead markets, Business Units, project team, Marketing Head)
  
Core Accountabilities:

Strategy work
? Preparation of new Business opportunity descriptions (BOD) together with the relevant MO’s
? Preparation of Product System Vision (PSV) together with the relevant MO’s
? Competition analysis
? Preparation and implementation of communication concept (Catalogue, leaflets, argue cards, etc)
? Preparation and execution of marketing strategy (target segments, application, sales approach, financial figures, etc) together with involved market organisations
? Coordinate Master Data Sheet (MDS), packaging, item setup, PDP and related marketing functions in TTM projects.
? Prepare product trainings for internal and external use.


General Operation
? Support MO/HUB daily business when it comes to pricing, project support, product and services support etc
? Competition monitoring in core market
? Come up with new business opportunities
? Prepare product introductions in new markets
? Support in product lifecycle maintenance (eg, PDP, catalog updates, PIP etc)
? INP tracking (NSP, sales numbers, profitability, etc)
? Executing product trainings or product displays when necessary
  

Desired Skills and Experience
? Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing related discipline
? 3-5 years of experience in product marketing.
? Excellent command over written and spoken English is a must.
? Strategic thinking with sound analytical skills
? Strong team collaboration capability and able to influence people at different levels with leadership potentials
? Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance team mindset
? Adapt and fit in quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure.
? Ambitious in future career progression in marketing, sales or general management and have the mobility to relocate to other countries for future career advancement. 举报 分享
