职位描述：
Responsiblities:

1、Manage the implementation of School of Management programs in China and coordination of SoM programs in other countries. Contact with Group L&D team on SoM related items.

2、Manage the implementation of Delegation training plan, including training needs, registration, training calendar, training vendors and evaluation of each program. Programs mainly include management skills and WCM green belt programs

3. Training projects: SG Attitudes local program; ILT project; Digital training projects in program design with the latest digital technology; understand the most updated learning platform and technology externally and share it in SG HR community; regular connection with Group Digital learning team

4. Training program delivery as a trainer

5. Training system and record management:
   ?A regional BOOST administrator and coordinator.
    oPromote the new e-learning modules in BOOST according to Group time schedule.
    oJoin regular BOOST global webex meeting and follow up with the updated requirements and information.
    oManage the translation of e-learning modules in BOOST with both internal and external resources
   ?Manage the training record in HR system and ensure its quality, including the records from all Business entities in this region with the help of training assistant

6、Keep good communication in HR training community and provide efficient support when necessary.

7、Provide instructions and coaching to junior staff, including interns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree, Master is preferred
- At least 5 years HR experience
- Excellent English is a must
