Position:
 
  Project Executive


Reporting Line:

   Report to: Sales Team Leader/ Key Accounts


General Responsibilities:
Work closely with Team leader on Project Management, including but not limited to: drafting proposal and presentation, communication with designers, coordination with production workshop, confirm and check the production materials, support sale team leader to control cost and production lead-time, Move-in application, onsite project execution and management, debrief of podium quality .

Detailed Responsibilities:
Supports the team leader on sales support work, and executes certain projects, control cost and coordinate with warehouse and supervise set work on site.
PO input, and cost calculation
Communication with halls, official contractor, organizer, flexible onsite management to ensure the smooth progress of projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Good communication capability, clearly expression and strong execution power.
Bear working pressure, willing to have business trip and onsite management at venues.
Good coordination and team work.
Basic writing and reading skill in English
Over 1 year experience in exhibition industry
can operate office software
can understand project drawings(floor-plan, construction drawing, renderings), certain understanding of creative concept
Good knowledge in materials and production procedure, some knowledge in basic materials prices is preferred.
Proficient English skill
Team work spirit and good coordination cross departments.
