Job Description:
？ Set up invoice verification process
？ Check & manage daily supplier, billing/receiving unit price, quantity actual invoice(DN)vs FORS data vs contract
？ Communication with Purchasing & Procurement team to clarify invoices
？ Following up with Korea Distribution Center regarding all warehouse issues
？ Manage & check invoices with monthly total transaction
？ Collect issued tax invoices from domestic vendors
？ Input monthly FORS data to SAP R3
？ Report FORS data & SAP R3 data monthly and analyzing the difference
？ Calculation of finished goods & merchandised goods for everyday on importing purpose
？ In case of malfunction of FRED or SAP R3 interface deal with the causes and fix the problem consulting with in charges
？ To make PL all NPP bookings properly and on time
？ To arrange advance payment and clear them on time
？ To book quality reduction invoices
？ To review all TL balance sheet and P&L accounts before closing, ensure all of accounting treatment accurate and compliance with local government and company’s policies
？ To provide treasury the payment related cashflow forecast correctly
？ To book intercompany invoices
？ To bring ideas of process improvement of AP related process
？ Other ad hoc assistance to manager as required

Requirements:
？ University graduate, major in accounting or similar
？ >2 years in similar position
？ Familiar with Office software, SAP
？ Korea and English are both must
？ Committed, responsive, team-worker, like to take initiatives for changes, reliable, strong communication skills
？ Deep knowledge of accounting, special for costing
