职位描述：
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the requirements, functional solution and specification, project management, project delivery, and system roadmap of their ownership area. You have full ownership over the full product lifecycle as well as the success and business impact of your deliverables.
This is a critical position and its success will solidify the foundation of our business across several countries and support our development strategy in all of our markets. This is an incredibly exciting position for someone who loves leveraging their business acumen, systems technology background, project management and solution design skills to drive significant business results while working with a fast-paced and notoriously fun group of people. This position promises tremendous growth opportunities within EF across multiple departments, products and geographies for someone who excels in this role.
Candidate should have thorough knowledge of the product management process and possess experience in creating detailed functional requirements for software products. Desirable experience includes: Salesforce/CRM product management, agile development, and web-based products.

Core Responsibilities will include:
? Gather and prioritizes product and customer requirements, vet with internal stakeholders, and ensure business impact and customer satisfaction goals are met.
? See projects from concept through design and ultimate release
? Manage and drive to high quality delivery all projects in the product backlog.
? Write system requirements documents and specifications detailing functional requirements for new features
? Conduct analysis to determine impact of newly released projects on the business
? Regularly communicate and update the stakeholders about progress and priorities to garner cross functional team input and alignment.
? Manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Act as a leader within the company

Requirements:
? Exceptional analytical skills and logical thinking.
? 7+ Years of demonstrated work experience building Salesforce/CRM systems.
? 5+ years of project management experience of large complex projects.
? Strong cross-group collaboration and business partnering skills, including excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and all management levels.
? Drive proactive and strategic value-add solutions by understanding the right technology and infrastructure. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices to apply innovative solutions with high efficiency.
? Must be able to multi-task, identify and prioritize issues, complete tasks on time.
? Ability to influence staff and stakeholders through data and insights.
? Cross-cultural project management or stakeholder management experience preferred.

Qualification and Skills:
? Fluent in English and Chinese required.
? Deep Salesforce experience preferred.
? Strong written and oral skills.
? A BS or MS in computer engineering or computer sciences is preferred.
? Understanding of development life cycle.
? Experience in multiplatform products (Web, mobile, tablet) .
? Experience in Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus (Scrum Master and/or PO certification is a plus) . 举报 分享
