Inspection Supervisor
检验主管

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
？ Capable of generating a Quality Plan to conform to customer requirements that are order specific
？ Analyze the effectiveness of quality assurance systems in place at suppliers
？ Plan, organize and direct quality assurance audits.
？ Make recommendations to suppliers on changes in production methods, tooling, space allocation, schedules or other factors required to maintain compliance with quality standards.
？ Ensure effective interactions with suppliers and customer to insure consistent quality standards.
？ Recommend the needed equipment necessary to properly measure our parts and when necessary use this equipment.
？ Maintain suppliers’ records and performance according to acceptable Q.C. practices, heat treat records, Quality issues, etc. to assure compliance to all drawing requirements
？ Maintain Non Conformance Rejection program to assure daily responses to NCR’s, validation of writing NCR’s, and monthly reporting of Quality Program effectiveness
？ Be responsible for the implementation of internal & external audits.
？ Be responsible for measuring equipment management.
？ Team management
？ Other tasks assigned by line manager

？ 跟踪NCR并及时进行每日NCR汇报，以确保NCR的有效执行和完成每月质量报告；
？ 负责质量管理体系内外部审核的实施；
？ 负责计量器具的管理；
？ 团队管理；
？ 其他经理安排的工作。

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications / Personal Attributes

？ 8+ years proven successful experience in foundry/forging/Machining. Experience in pump/valve manufacturing industry is preferred
？ Have more than 3 years of experience in leading inspection team
 Experience in improving supplier quality system
？ Solid knowledge of ISO9000; Experience ASTM, ASME is a plus. Prefer to hold a ISO internal-auditor certificate
？ Conducting and improvement in one of the product- casting, forging, the welding parts
？ Ensure effectiveness interactions with suppliers and customers to insure consistent quality standards.
？ Team player with good interpersonal skills and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
？ Able to work under pressure.
？ Able to travel frequently.
？ Ability to read and write reports in English and fluent oral communication in English
？ Good commend of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
？ Good team player with strong interaction skills.
？ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or metal material

？ 在铸造/锻造/机械加工行业8年以上的工作经验，泵/阀门行业优先考虑；
？ 有3年以上带领检验团队经验
？ 有供应商质量体系改进经验
？ 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系，具有ASTM经验，ASME尤佳；有内审员资格优先
？ 能对诸如铸件、锻件、焊接件等至少一类产品做相关指导和改进
？ 确保供应商和客户一致的质量标准，并进行有效联系，
？ 具有良好的人际沟通技巧，无论在口头和书面方面都能进行有效沟通，
？ 能够承受工作的压力，
？ 能够阅读和书写英文报告，及英语口语沟通流利，
？ 良好的计算机操作技能（Excel和Word等），
？ 良好的互动能力，良好的团队合作精神，
？ 能够经常出差
