职位描述：
1、负责强弱电管理；
2、负责各类设施、设备的保养、维修等工作；
3、负责制定水电、气年度费用预算及节能方案，定期分析能耗数据；
4、负责各系统运行监测技术数据，发现偏差，及时纠正；
5、负责检查维修工程、增改工程的质量与进度，发现问题及时采取措施；
6、负责工程突发事件处理。

任职要求：
1、45岁以下，大专学历，工程类相关专业；
2、三年以上工程管理岗位工作经验，有物业工程管理经验优先；
3、掌握设备维修和定期保养管理程序；
4、熟悉国家、地区关于消防方面法律法规；
5、有较强的工程类管理、协调、执行能力；
6、有较强的动手能力、良好的服务意识，持相关资格证书（电工进网作业许可证）
