职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Responsible for checking and booking Invoices, preparing payment documentation handover to payment team on a weekly basis
? Responsible to verify, analyze, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and deficiencies.
? Responsible for all kinds of queries from internal employee or external vendors.
? Ensure invoices are booked to correct account code.
? Ensure processed invoices are transferred to financial system for payment correctly and followed by company policy.
? Responsible for assigned account reconciliation, and prepare related journal entry during month-end closing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
？ Good communication skills
？ Be proficient in ERP system and MS-OFFICE
？ Earnest, reliable, efficient and must be a team player


2) Minimum educational level:
？ Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Management, Finance or Accounting.


3) Minimum experience:
？ Prefer to have AP processing experience and 1-2 years of relevant experience. 举报 分享
