Summary:

To build a strong parent community that is supportive of the Foundation’s Philosophy and Objectives and to act as an additional channel in assisting communication between the school and its parents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following:

To assist the school in communication of information to the parent community.

To develop a strong sense of community and sense of belonging amongst the parent community through organization and running of value-added activities, events, and classes for the parents.

To act as an alternative, informal communication channel for parents to address their concerns/feedbacks towards the school and to follow up with relevant divisions to address the concerns/feedbacks within school policies.

To conduct regular parent survey and provide feedback to school management to help the school improve its service level.

Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience (9 levels) 7 5yr College/2-4yr exp.

English Language Skills (6 levels) 4 High

Chinese Language Skills (6 Levels) 4 High

Maths Skills (6 levels) 3 Intermediate

Reasoning Skills (6 levels) 4 High

Other Skills and Abilities:

Warm, out-going personality and strong communication/interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizing skills.

Good at problem-solving and creative thinking of different solutions.

Able to work independently and within a team dynamic.
