职位描述：
Privide the customer service for global credit report clients. Placing orders and monitoring the whole procedure. Dealing with the clients question and request. Responsible for invoice issue and account collection.


Role Respinsibilities:

. Ensure all client's orders are placed quickly and correctly. Coordinate with the relevant departments and control the whole order procedure to ensure the submission of reports on time

. Handel client 's questions and requests in a professional and timely manner, to include correspondence via telephone and email. Keep records of clients feedback for our product and service

. Resonaible for customer bills and invoices. Manage customer contract. Collection the related clients account receivable.

.Cooperate with the sales team to maintain the customer relationship



Job Requirements and Qualifications:

.University degree
.Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking
.A high level of emotional intelligence, resilience and a customer focused attitude
.Excellent communication skills
