1. 为工业控制和电机控制产品设计嵌入式开发的固件；
2. 设计、检验、描述和验证工业控制和电机控制驱动产品的固件。用固件开发和调试产品。确保产品的开发计划；
3. 进行研究工业控制技术和创建产品的设计建议。设计、模型和初始的测试原型；
4. 创建产品的概念,根据性能要求和生产标准；
5. 识别确认和选择组件和所需材料,符合需求和成本效益的产品；
6. 绘制产品图纸、原理图。PCB布局和规范。创建材料清单；
7. 按照APQP开发计划处理电子设计开发。设计流程，系统和程序开发过程，提供有效的设计工作；
8. 支持新产品的设计验证和确认。竞争对手的产品和解决方案的技术基准测试；
9. 准备技术体统的建议与客户沟通和跟进；
10. 领导安排的其他任务。
Position Description:
1. To design embedded firmware for industrial control and Motor control product.
2. Design, verification, specification, and qualification of industrial control and motor control driver design firmware. Use firmware development and debug tools for development of products. Maintain aggressive product development schedules.
3. Conduct research industrial control technology and create design proposals for the products. Design, model, and initiate tests on prototypes.
4. Create product concepts, based on performance requirements and production criteria’s.
5. Identify and select components and materials needed, for compliance with requirements and for a cost effective product.
6. Produce drawings ，schematic diagram. PCB layout and specifications. Create Bill of materials.
7. Execute the electronics development plan according to APQP. Development Process to develop systems, processes and procedures for efficient design work.
8. Supporting the design verification and validation of the new product. Technical benchmarking of competitor’s products and solutions.
9. Prepare and communicate technical system proposals with customers and to follow up on the same.
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

工作要求:
1. 计算机及科学、电子电气及自动化专业本科以上学历；
2. 1年以上工作经验，1年以上嵌入式固件开发的经验；
3. 有单片机及微处理器C语言经验；
4. 嵌入式控制系统，包括引导程序，TCP/IP协议，嵌入式系统，web server，ftp，ssh协议，图形用户界面设备通信协议知识，包括USB，SPI，IIC等；
5. 具有实时操作系统经验或者嵌入式LINUX经验以及良好的编写代码及诊断和解决问题的能力；
6. 熟悉RS232, IIC, SPI, ADC, PWM, USB, SDIO, SGMII, Wifi, PCI接口电路和控制原理；
7. 对直流数字电源控制。电机控制有一定的经验最好；
8. 熟悉电子电路分析和元器件的选型；
9. 熟悉一种嵌入式操作系统；
10. 有工业电脑，内存管理，设备驱动，文件等操作有一定的知识；
11. 国内外的出差要求；
12. 基本的英文读写和沟通技能。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science / Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering.
2. 1+years working experiences, 1+ years direct experience with embedded firmware design.
3. Demonstrated experience with microcontroller and micro-processor programming Experience with ANSI C.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of embedded control middleware, including, Bootloader, TCP/IP Stack, embedded file system, GUI and web server, ftp,ssh etc. Demonstrated knowledge of board or device level communication protocol, including USB, Ethernet, SPI, IIC, RS485, CAN and etc.
5. Knowledge of RTOS or Embedded Linux. Good practice of coding compliant with MISTRA rules Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities.
6. Be familiar with one or more of the following technologies: RS232, IIC, SPI, ADC, PWM, USB, SDIO, SGMII, Wifi, PCI Express.
7. Experience in DC/DC digital power control, Fly back, Buck/Boost, PWM control is a plus.
8. Be familiar with basic circuit analysis and electronic components.
9. Be familiar with one or more of the following embedded OS is a plus: Linux, vxWorks, ThreadX, QNX, ucOS, freeOS, ucLinux.
10. Knowledge of IPC, memory management, device driver, file system, mutex, semaphore, kernel scheduler, and ISR.
11. Domestic and international travel as needed.
12. Basic communication and technical writing ability in English.
