职位描述：

Job Description &Main Responsibilities
-Managing both Woven and Knit team
-Handling mainly heavy washed outwear and bottoms. padded jacket, trousers, denim, designs of all types of causal wear.
-Making price calculation for new orders;
-Responsible for placing orders in suitable factories;
-Sourcing for new production opportunities;
-Responsible for correct quality and on time delivery; supervise the quality controller/inspectors.
-Developing sample collections including sourcing for new fabrics and accessories;
-Daily communication direct with buyer office (Including overseas buyer office)
-Report directly to the General Manager in Shanghai.

Requirements
-University degree, preferably from Textile University/ College
-3 years at least on business experience and preferably experience from similar positions.
-Extensive experience in woven wear and garment production
-Familiar with Heavy washed garments
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
-Strong sourcing skills and good connections with woven wear factories,
-Good technical woven knowledge;
-Ability to build strong teams who are dedicated to their tasks and achieving the company goals.
-Ability to motivate and develop staff
-Fluently English, by the spoken and the written word; work direct with overseas buying office
-Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Office etc.)
了解服装外贸跟单流程，特别是水洗类休闲产品。包括上装外套和下装。跟踪订单从下单打样至生产出货，协调操作订单中出现的各种问题
了解跟踪订单生产排程，定期对订单产品质量进行跟进
熟悉并有丰富的面辅料供应商资源
负责给予单证员准确的单证资料。负责安全收汇，配合财务做好收款记录
英语流利负责和客人书信交流并有良好的计算机能力。（包括直接和海外客人电话，面谈）
性格开朗，具有团队合作精神，有强烈的责任感。善于与人沟通，原则性强，以理服人
