TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作内容:

? Is part of a back-office team that provides support (during and after rollout) to all customers of an office (i.e., own local and global).
? Is responsible for all support activities, e.g., link creation and management, rate loading, reporting, customer complaints and inquiries.
? Proactively reaches out to customers to discuss and implement additional improvement ideas based on customer data analysis (e.g., ranking order in booking tool).

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 关键资历/技能/经验

? University degree or above
? ADVANCED technical skills: knowledge of the HRS products, B2B travel industry and comp set, able to explain USPs of HRS.
? BASIC analytical competence: finds useful facts, able to analyze complex data and to draw relevant conclusions.
? BASIC goal orientation and decision-making competence: finds new/best-possible solutions, keeps economic impact in mind, and shows good argumentation in negotiations.
? HIGH motivation and ability to cope with pressure: shows high level of self-motivation, keeps performing when working under pressure.
? ADVANCED emotional empathy: actively listens and uses question techniques, recognizes needs of conversation partners and adapts his communication.
? ADVANCED competence in relationship management: initiates positive contact, acts convincingly (e.g., negotiations), shows good communication skills, and behaves professionally.
? Language skills: English (advanced).
