Department Overview
In the Shared Engineering Services (SES) team, you will provide cross-product leadership for User Design, Information Development, Internationalization and Localization. We bring common development tools, practices, automation and education in these areas of core competency, enabling a consistent framework for product development teams.
Responsibilities
? Serve a 4 hour daily shift on the social media monitoring and triage dashboard
? Execute sophisticated analysis that translates data into actionable insights
? Secondary research to investigate Chinese Social media and to provide rigorous updates
Qualifications
? Master's degree or Final year Master's Degree Prospective graduate
? Native Chinese with Fluency in English - Good reading, writing, ability should be able to understand English sarcasm and irony on social media.
? Should have good Language skills in Japanese or Korean
? Experience in social media usage, either personally or professionally
? Good Communication Skills
? Good problem solving, and analytical skills
