职位要求
平面设计专业本科或以上，12年以上相关工作经验，至少5年以上团队管理经验。
流利的口语及书写能力 (普通话及英语)。
扎实的专业技能以及出色的方案演讲能力。
带领设计团队充分展现卓越的设计、专业的技能以及丰富的行业经验。
活跃开拓的思维，对设计富有浓厚的兴趣。
拥有激发团队成员的能力。
职位描述
主要职责是带领一个六人设计团队，完成设计任务并实现高品质的创新设计。熟悉品牌战略者优先。
直接向创意总监汇报工作。你将负责管理团队其他四位设计师的具体工作并把控完稿品质，协助公司制定创意决策以及商务策略。
这是一个长期的角色，能让你在个人发展以及职场晋升中得到更多的发展空间。
良好的演讲技巧与沟通能力，充分理解客户需求并提供专业的咨询服务。
与项目经理通力合作，确保每个项目都能按时交付工作并满足客户需求。
必须具备出色的平面设计能力，能够充分展现对品牌形象概念的理解以及对细节的把控。熟悉商业地产的标识制作与空间设计者为佳。

POSITION Design Director
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Bachelors degree in graphic design. 12 years industry experience with the excellent design capability, including five years design leadership experience of small teams
Fluent spoken and written in Mandarin and English
Technically proficient and excellent presentation ability
Capable of leading alongside designers through demonstrating excellent work, techniques and industry experience
Pro-active thinker with a genuine interest in the design world
Have the ability to inspire others
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role primarily focusses on design delivery and quality of creative output from a team of six designers of which you will lead. Understanding of brand strategy will be beneficial however this is not a strategic role
Reporting directly to the Creative Director you will be responsible for the productive and quality output of a team four other designers, supporting the Creative Direction and Business Strategy of the firm
This a long term role which allows room for growth and personal development towards a more senior position in the company
Good presentation and communication skills, ability to interpret and understand clients needs and provide professional consulting services
Working also with the team project manager to ensure the deadlines and clients’ expectations are fully met throughout the course of each project
Excellent graphic design skills are a must and your work should demonstrate a good understanding of brand identity concept and excellent detailing. Understanding sign making and spatial design is a bonus for the place branding projects
