Position Title: Office Assistant & Customer Service
Reports to:Office Manager
Job Description:
Duties:
Customer Service and support
- Assist company to communicate with clients/customers
- Deal with mainly on customer complaint and telephone customer service in a nice way, and following up the production process and reach customer's overall satisfaction.
- Assist to build up a stable solid relations of cooperation between enterprise staff and outside clients/customers
- Assist to do the customer satisfaction analysis and the evaluation
-Keeping good relationship with existing customers in order to build and maintain a strong business reputation.
Basic Admin support
-Maintain schedules for all conference rooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, etc.
-Coordination of administrative functions between offices and centres.
-Telephone and communication administration duties.
-Receive and route delivery of packages, faxes, letters, airline tickets, etc. to the appropriate office personnel.
-Assistance with the translation and production of various English documents and presentations.
-Type correspondence, meeting minutes, compile required documents in standard company format.
-Arrange for travel, hotel, and car reservations.
-Assistance with office management duties.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Age: 23-28 years old
· Good English skills (written and spoken)
· Ability to respond to varying situations with professionalism and discretion, both over the phone and in greeting visitors and with associates.
· Must be comfortable working under pressure.
· Good Computer experience and capabilities.
· Good ability in planning, organizing and implementing work priorities.
· Proven ability to interact, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with personnel on all levels, both within the company and with clients.
· Working experiences as customer service assistant in retail or service industry will be plus.
Working Conditions:
Standard Office Environment 100% of time

职责:
客服方面
1 客户回访,通过电话受理顾客对产品、服务等方面的投诉、建议、意见;
2 记录汇总客户的需求及意见,并及时分析并反馈,提出整改建议。
3 与上级协调,沟通如何完善处理投诉;
4 配合部门及上级完成其他的工作,及时完成上级交办的事宜。
基本办公室的行政协助:
1.员工考勤表的统计;
2.收发邮件、信件,及时转交相关人员;
3.负责公司日常办公用品登记管理,办公室设备管理
4.负责公司全体员工的后勤保障工作,包括发放办公用品、印制名片、办理餐卡、定水、定票、复印、邮寄等事务
5.负责与工作内容相关的各类文件的归档管理
6. 完成办公室经理交办的其他任务。
岗位要求:
1、 年龄24-28岁,户籍不限;
2、 大专及以上学历,具备一年以上工作经验,能与客户进行流利的英文沟通。
3、 身体健康,普通话标准,口齿伶俐,思维敏捷,表达能力强,具有良好的职业素养;
4、 工作细致认真,积极主动,较强的责任心及团队合作精神;
5、 为人踏实稳重,有相关工作经验者优先
6. 良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力;
7. 熟悉操作办公软件,如:Excel、Word等
工作时间:
做五休二 9:00am-6:00pm
