Report to: Travel Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:

* Reply and quote for group requests, offline and from ORTS
* Negotiate required services with suppliers, find alternatives
* Follow up group requests after quotation
* Negotiate rates after confirmation and follow up group operations
* Atlas booking record and invoicing, payment process follow up
* Follow up clients after group departure
* Reply and solve litigations originated by groups

Evaluation Criteria:

* Sales performance of group business

Requirements:
- Good academic background. Toursim or English major.
- More than 3 year working experience.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Good negotiation and communication skills are required.
- Experience in international travel companies or/and hoteliers a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
