职位描述：
Support decision making by providing sales performance analysis vs Mid Term Plan budget.
1.Work in close collaboration with Finance and Sales teams in the different PTS PG in China to build all necessary / relevant analysis supporting sales activities.
2.Analyse, check and challenge the sales inputs for the budgets of the Business Group for each of the key commercial indicators.
Collect, analyse and compile all data necessary to the follow-up of sales performance and update commercial key indicators.
3.Analyse, report and follow up on a monthly base the key commercial indicators for the Business Group, identify the main variances and issues versus budget and previous month.
4.Compile and maintain market shares for the Business Group.
5.Compile a monthly presentation containing the analysis of the key commercial indicators for the Business Group (f.e. order intake, SPI, overdues, sales, raw material recovery).
5.Monitor Sales Database inputs (Target) from Sales teams of all PTS PG in China and cooperate with Finance to check Sales Database according to Orderbook by end of each month.

Provide the Business Group with all relevant pieces of information regarding sales forecasts and OI, Forecast.
1.Compile accurate, consolidated sales of the Mid Term Plan for the Business Group and provide presentations extracted from it.
2.Centralize and dispatch the relevant information on vehicle production (IHS, LMC, Group data, Customer Directors input in CDPs) within the Business Group.
Provide support and training to the sales network on the reporting tools.
Education/Professional Experience
1. Master degree in Marketing, Management or Business Administration
