职位描述：
Scope of Responsibilities/ 工作职责：
1. To be responsible for payroll computation, and ensure the compliance, accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculation, verification, approval & release.
2. Declare social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance for employees every month to HR outsourcing agent.
3. Ensure accurate and timely IIT claim.
4. Ensure the accuracy of payroll record in e-HR system and timely maintain staff leaves in e-HR system.
5. To be responsible for annual bonus calculation, follow up approval process and payout accurately and timely.
6. Verify commission calculation according to incentive plan and ensure commission to be paid in time and accurately.
7. Participate annual salary review and provide salary data & labor cost analysis when necessary.
8. Keeps a close eye on government policies relating to C&B and share with team members.
9. Involving and assist in C&B policy & program setup, maintenance and review.
10. Involving and assist in development, maintenance and implementation of C&B projects.
11. Work closely with the other HR teams by keeping a friendly and sound relationship. Provide C&B functional support.

Qualifications/任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree, prefer major in Human Resources, or Business Administration
2. At least 2 years compensation and benefits experience
3. Familiar with China laws and regulations especially in terms of salary and payment
4. Strong data analysis and data sense with highly attention to numerical detail
5. Professional with sense of responsibility, positive mindset, integrity
6. Good Microsoft Office skill and strong in Excel
7. Fluency in Mandarin; Reading and writing English skill is a must, prefer oral English skill 举报 分享
