职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、 Responsible for overseeing all of company functions as well as managing all day-to-day operations of our business in Shanghai. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets like our monthly KPI;
2、 Responsible for preparing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan includes business strategy, execution plan with staffing, sales and marketing plan etc.;
3、 Produce monthly business performance reports;
4、 Recruit and manage staffs, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training;
5、 This role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of this role;
6、 Form business partnerships with various parties;
7、 Create synergy with our Hong Kong and Taiwan office, and set up a true Greater China driven's next generation media company;
8、 Have a deep understand and follow company’s mission and values.
 
Requirement:
1、 Proven track record over 10 years’ experience in digital media industry or advertising agency;
2、 Relevant work experience with sales background;
3、 Good presentation skills and the ability to influence senior management both internal and external;
4、 Manage and motivate employees, client and suppliers at all levels;
5、 Thoroughly understand the China media environment;
6、 Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 举报 分享
